Who is Creative-Zlt Toys?
We, Creative-ZLT was founded in AUG, 2013, whose head office locates in Hong Kong, with branches in Shantou and Guangzhou. As one of the leading toy suppliers, we own five factories & one molding studio in Shantou in charge of different ranges.At 2018, we established a new factory to start our own OEM & ODM projects with global recognition factory audit.
We will participate in exhibitions, Hong Kong exhibitions, Guangzhou exhibitions every year. We here at Creative-zlt are looking forward to meeting new customers in new place in this year.
Factory Profile
John’s Starlight is one of the most famous toy factories in Shantou, who has passed BSCI / SMETA / WCA / FCCA, etc.
From 1989 founded, the first decade we used to produce glass items, till 1999, we started advancing into plastic industry. In 2002, JS started to focus on DIY development.
By almost 20 years’ accumulating, JS has 40 injection machines, 3 polishing machines, 4 air compressors, 5 packing machines (1 auto-packing machine).
We have strong teams in design, product development, quality control, sourcing,logistic, which enables to give our customers best service and satisfied products.
Incoming Material / Vendor Control
Data shows that most clients worry about outsourcing resources, because of different
uncontrollable factors.
Creative-Zlt set up a SOP for outsourcing, ensure accessory could reach clients’ standard & deliver
on time.
Customized Project Control
In order to make orders run smoothly, we insist below steps:
Step 1 – Make printing proof to get approval from clients;
Step 2 – Work close with test lab to have internal quality control;
Step 3 – Strengthen the high supervision on each step during production,
(Production planning setting and weekly update / in-line quality check, etc.)
Quality Control
We have a full line quality control standard for our clients which is based on AQL 2.5.
No matter 3rd party inspection is required or not, we always strictly execute self-inspection according client’s requirements before/in/after mass production.
